Biehl is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist in Houston to lead full-cycle recruiting across our maritime organizations. You will attract top talent, build pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to meet workforce needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The role emphasizes developing sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliant onboarding to support organizational growth and a strong company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies; high-volume hiring background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume maritime roles across multiple organizations.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen, interview, and hire 15–20+ candidates per month.
• Serve as primary candidate contact to maintain engagement and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offers and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
