Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant management and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive programmatic battle rhythms effectively.
• Strong leadership with direct Customer engagement at executive/government levels.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility as a CAM using EVM/IPT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing program budgets and schedules to satisfy NGMS and Customer requirements.
• Cultivating and maintaining deep Customer relationships to identify new opportunities.
• Providing clear leadership and direction to the program team to achieve objectives.
• Managing program activities in compliance with Customer security requirements and constraints.
• Serving as the primary company representative for the program and delivering briefings to Customer leadership.
