Job summary

SpaceX is building Starlink Maritime to power enterprise operations on tankers, cruise ships, offshore platforms and research vessels. You will own technical success for the largest maritime customers, translating requirements into capabilities and serving as the technical lead in pre-sales and engagements.

You will drive scalable adoption, define product priorities, and leverage fleet data to improve reliability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• 1 year of experience in network/communications integration.

Responsibilities

• Own technical success for Starlink’s maritime customers and ensure enterprise-grade performance.
• Define and implement technical product requirements for maritime needs.
• Be the technical authority in pre-sales and customer engagements.
• Remove friction from enterprise adoption: install, setup, and troubleshoot, enabling scale.
• Identify high-leverage product bets for maritime and drive prioritization.
• Use fleet data to drive product and network improvements for reliability.
