Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Jr. Risk Management Analyst to join a growing finance team in Fort Lauderdale.

You will work alongside the Treasury Risk Manager to identify, evaluate, and manage risk within the Company, coordinating with brokers and internal teams to ensure robust insurance compliance. You will support data collection, renewal processes, documentation management, and continuous improvement of risk policies and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics required.
• Minimum 1 year of risk analytics experience in a mid-size company.
• Experience in the Cruise industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as a cross-functional liaison with internal departments to gather and analyze exposure data for insurance renewals, audits, risk assessments, and ad hoc inquiries.
• Coordinate with brokers, tour operators, port agents, vendors, and other third parties to obtain COIs, endorsements, and coverage documents; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review third-party insurance documentation against contractual requirements and identify deficiencies for remediation.
• Assist in the annual insurance renewal process including data collection, exposure analysis, underwriting submissions, and coordination with stakeholders.
