Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of professional management experience, including five years managing DoD or Navy IT systems or programs.
• Demonstrated experience with contract administration and directing performance on complex IT programs.
• Proven ability to interface effectively with CORs and navigate DoD contractual processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to the COR and Government stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of all work under the contract.
• Manage program cost, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure deliverables meet Government standards and are submitted on schedule.
