The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have over 8 years of experience including 2 years in program management in the defense sector, and be a US citizen capable of obtaining a Secret security clearance. Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of Program Management experience in the defense industry.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
• Proposal lead or business capture experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of a critical program.
• Creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Interfacing with critical suppliers and internal Procurement organization.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience evaluating program Risks and Opportunities

Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline
