Job summary

This role requires 6+ years of technical leadership, a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading complex technical systems (maritime, aerospace, robotics, defense, or electromechanical).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams through complex challenges.
• Experience managing technical teams with a focus on development and operational excellence.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret Security clearance and willing to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
• Ability to travel to support customer operations and test events.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations and mentor a high-performing team.
• Drive fleet reliability by coordinating with software and hardware teams.
• Analyze fleet telemetry and predict failures using data-driven tools.
• Bridge communication between engineering, business development, and military operators.
• Provide exceptional technical support for global users and manage incident communications.
• Build and scale sustainment playbooks for expanding Maritime fleet.
