Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Product Operations Manager for Maritime to ensure reliability and readiness of its autonomous undersea systems, including Dive-LD, Dive-XL, Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry.

You will build field failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution processes, identify root causes, and help deploy fixes across the Maritime fleet while coordinating with software, hardware, and field operations teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading complex technical systems in maritime, aerospace, robotics, or defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams through complex challenges.
• Experience managing technical teams with a focus on development and operations.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance; based in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations for Maritime, setting triage and resolution standards for incidents across the global fleet.
• Partner with software and hardware teams to translate telemetry into system upgrades and design improvements.
• Oversee fleet health data collection and analysis to predict and prevent failures.
• Serve as translator between engineering, business development, and military operators.
• Support customers and mission by managing high-priority incidents and rapid resolution.
• Build and scale sustenance processes to support fleet growth.
