Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quincy, MA, is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to ensure the readiness of equipment and deployment operations for subsea robotics projects.

You will coordinate mobilization, demobilization, vessel interfaces, warehouse/shop operations, asset management, maintenance, and cross-functional technical support. This role requires attention to detail and adaptability within a lean, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant workflow/logistics experience.
• Excellent communication and customer support skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to deploy up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Planning, deployment, and sustainment of equipment and operations.
• Conduct monthly inventories across assets.
• Support offshore testing from hardware and logistics perspectives.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Engage in day-to-day logistics operations including transportation and crane operations.
• Attend site surveys, mobilizations, and demobilizations.
• Interface with field ops to ensure timely gear arrival and support.
• Maintain inventory management with supply chain.
• Track tools, consumables, and project equipment.
