Qualifications

• Knowledge of terminal operations and stevedore operations for various vessel types.
• Experience leading senior marine terminal teams and managing labor relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct strategic goals, programs, and policies for maritime and terminal operations.
• Oversee multi-year operating and capital budgets for assigned terminals.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, CBAs, and regulations; manage dispersed teams.
