Job summary

The Pasha Group is seeking a Senior Director of Land Transportation and Brokerage Operations to lead strategic and operational efforts across purchased transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, and carrier networks. You will drive growth, profitability, and service excellence for HHG, Commercial, and Hawaii trade lane customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage leadership.
• Experience building, launching, and scaling freight brokerage operations.
• Experience managing owner-operator networks and carrier partnerships.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide purchased transportation and freight brokerage strategies.
• Lead startup, development, and expansion of the freight brokerage business.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of transportation, dispatch, and brokerage teams across all modes.
• Negotiate transportation contracts and carrier partnerships to support objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
