Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional skills using AI to build and automate workflows.
• Production-quality code in Python or SQL.
• Strong problem-solving instincts.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools for rapid automation development.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI powered system to control all aspects of a factory.
• Fully automate large parts of the industrial engineering role.
• Design, build, and maintain business process automation for full schedule management across platforms.
• Implement and maintain one integrated master schedule for the Protofactory.
• Build automated workflows connecting tickets, M&E deliveries, production start events, bar charts, and reporting.
• Develop advanced simulation models to test schedule scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and optimize flow.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to accelerate automation development.
