About The Team

The Maritime Manufacturing Technology team is responsible for rapidly developing and implementing manufacturing technologies and processes for cutting‑edge defense hardware, including deployable static and moving surface, undersea and sea to air vehicles and scaling these products in our new manufacturing facilities.

About The Job

This role builds an integrated controller for an entire factory using available systems and creating whatever is needed. Interfaces with other development teams and uses their capabilities or create your own from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Build and operate AI powered system to control all aspects of a factor.
• Fully automate large parts of the industrial engineering role.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional skills using AI to build and automate workflows. We are looking for a hacker that will make the system work.
• Software engineering proficiency â can write production-quality code (Python, SQL, or similar).
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) for rapid automation development.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production scheduling systems (ERP, MES, or custom scheduling platforms).
• Experience building integrations across ticketing systems, procurement tools, and production tracking.

US Hourly Range

$99,000—$220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
