Job summary

Associated Terminals, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for the Reserve, LA area. You will coordinate truck loading/discharge for Globalplex operations and maintain the inventory system. The role requires familiarity with dock and rail documents and strong communication with customers and terminal staff.

Overtime and weekend work may be required. A High School diploma is preferred, with 1–3 years in maritime/industrial warehousing.

Qualifications

• Must read/write/communicate in English.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to follow directions and work in an office setting.
• Experience with MS Office and document handling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck appointments and coordinate with truck drivers.
• Input truck/rail tickets and documents into the inventory system.
• Review bills of ladings and delivery orders for accuracy.
• Dispatch and organize truck traffic throughout the terminal.
• Communicate with customers and logistics partners about terminal activities.
