Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control in our Houma, LA warehouse. You will organize stock, pull materials for various departments, and prepare items for shipment with proper labeling and documentation.

The role requires attention to detail and ability to operate forklifts; a valid driver’s license is needed, and CDL/TWIC may be required for some assignments. Full-time, on-site position with safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Certification preferred or required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with DOT regulations and TWIC may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving of materials.
• Organize stock in warehouse and assist with inventory.
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage for shipments.
• Track shipments and process orders using basic computer tools.
• Inspect incoming shipments against invoices/POs for accuracy.
• Report defective materials to Shipping & Receiving Manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe stock room and warehouse area.
• Operate forklift and other heavy equipment; may drive truck if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
