Job summary

Calyx Containers, LLC in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own the dock operations, incoming and outgoing pallets, and the inventory record for our on-site facility. You will implement location schemes, ensure receipts are recorded the day they land, and drive accuracy across counts to prevent stockouts.

Daily duties include managing the receiving gate, pallet positioning, put-away, shipping documentation, and coordinating freight with domestic and international partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in receiving, shipping, warehouse, inventory control, or materials coordination in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the dock: manage inbound/outbound, locations, and records.
• Maintain pallet position board and ensure accuracy of counts.
• Put-away and storage location naming, labeling, and usage.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in the system and timely receipts/returns processing.
• Run cycle counts and investigate variances to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate freight with domestic and international partners.
