Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Integrated Power Systems Engineer/Technician to design, develop, and deliver power solutions for a maritime portfolio. The role involves hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of robust power systems in challenging environments.

Responsibilities include integrating power generation, storage, conversion, and distribution; performing electrical and mechanical interfacing with motors, sensors, and control software; and supporting EMI/EMC and safety

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical tech or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in power electronics assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with battery packs and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and integrate power system components per designs.
• Test, calibrate, and document performance of power electronics modules.
• Support power management setup, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Implement thermal management and verify cooling solutions.
• Integrate power systems with motors, sensors, and computing units.
• Bridge electrical hardware with automated control software and drive tuning.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers.
• Perform EMI/EMC pre-compliance and full tests.
• Ensure safety, compliance with military specs.
• Maintain detailed test data records.
