Job summary

Requires high school diploma, prior freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred; strong MS Office and Excel proficiency with 60 wpm typing; excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and dispatch cargo docs (bills of lading, manifests, certificates of origin).
• File AES, AMS, and regulatory submissions on time.
• Monitor schedules and deadlines for on-time delivery.
• Maintain vessel, cargo, and shipment records in systems.
• Communicate with shippers, terminals, and vendors for shipment data.
