• Bachelor’s Degree with extensive related experience (15+ years).
• Graduate Degree with 13+ years, or 19 years in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Create vision, strategy, and execute for the Mechanical Engineering team.
• Coordinate mechanical engineering support across programs and resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
• Direct program technical, schedule, and cost performance with reviews.
• Build a platform for creativity aligned with roadmaps and strategy.
• Hire, attract, retain and grow top talent across the organization.
• Serve as hands-on engineering leader and partner with senior engineers.
