L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Procurement to lead the metal fabrication procurement function for the Maritime Sector. The role will manage strategic sourcing, supplier development, and complex negotiations within a matrixed organization, reporting to the Director of Maritime Procurement.

The incumbent will oversee a team, drive cost and schedule performance, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while fostering an inclusive culture and succession planning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 7+ years preferred.
• 10-12+ years of experience in purchasing in an ERP-driven manufacturing environment; SAP and CostPoint preferred.
• Proven negotiation experience and contract management knowledge.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS and defense supply chain processes.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a digital/remote environment.
