Job summary

KONE seeks a Key Account Supervisor for its Davie, FL facility to plan, manage and optimize field service operations for marine elevator projects. You will serve as the main contact for field technicians and customers, driving service quality, on-time maintenance, and contract adherence across complex logistics and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of elevator/people movement experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 7 years of elevator/people movement experience accepted.
• Experience reading marine elevator diagrams to manage field resources.
• Inventory management for European elevator spare parts.
• Overseeing annual inspections of European elevators for compliance.
• Experience with European elevator codes (EN81-20).
• Experience with marine customers in cruise ship and shipyard industries.
• Leadership skills in finance, quality management, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control field service operations in the assigned area.
• Act as first point of contact for technicians and customers on issues.
• Drive results through a team of direct reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage complex logistics for technicians and travel arrangements.
• Support sales with leads and contracts; coordinate with sales teams.
• Resolve invoicing and service quality complaints; perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure safety, cost control, and regulatory compliance for field operations.
• Travel up to 25% internationally and domestically as needed.
