Ports America seeks a dedicated Customer Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for resolving issues and delivering exceptional service. You will troubleshoot problems, guide customers, and ensure a positive experience while helping move cargo efficiently through our marine terminals.

You will interact with customers, internal teams, and third parties, providing accurate information and maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Experience with CRM tools and basic technical troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers and third parties to keep cargo moving through the terminal.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, customer-focused approach at all times.
• Use phone and email/CRM systems to broker information and requests between all parties.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in the improvement process.
