Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking an Analyst, Marine Transformation to support GMO's transformation efforts. You will collect inputs, map current processes, and develop materials to drive clarity and efficiency across Global Marine Operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in business analysis or related areas, with strong data skills and proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel. Onsite work in Miami, with opportunities to influence cross-functional projects within a leading cruise and hospitality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, operations, data analysis, transformation, or related discipline.
Experience supporting projects, workstreams, process reviews, or cross-functional activities in a business environment.
Ability to gather, organize, and summarize information from multiple sources into clear notes, trackers, presentations, or working documents.
Experience with process mapping, workshop support, facilitation, data gathering, metric review, documentation, or continuous improvement activities.
Experience with process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, design thinking, or similar methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and collaboration tools required.

Responsibilities

Gather Information and Support Discovery: Collect inputs from stakeholders, documents, data, and sessions to clarify challenges and opportunities.
Document Processes and Ways of Working: Create clear process maps and docs showing how work is performed today and gaps.
Prepare and Edit Transformation Materials: Develop presentations, summaries, trackers, and change content for stakeholder review.
Support Collaborative Meetings and Workshops: Prepare, document, and follow up on meetings to align on problems and decisions.
Analyze Process Data and Metrics: Compile data from multiple sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support Process Improvement and Change Activities: Help identify gaps and translate ideas into practical recommendations and roadmaps.
Track Actions and Follow-Ups: Maintain action items and timelines to ensure progress.
Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with GMO, brands, and enabling functions to gather input.
Contribute to Transformation Tools and Standards: Create templates, trackers, and job aids for consistent practices.
Performs other duties as required.
