Job summary

Responsibilities

Operate the performance system for assigned stakeholders with discipline and consistency.
Serve as the working-level connection to executives; track priorities and blockers.
Interpret performance signals with BI Lead and identify where to intervene.
Contribute to design and refinement of cadences, goals, and accountability tools.
Support annual planning; ensure goals are defined, resourced, and aligned to GMO priorities.
Produce concise, decision-ready updates and briefing materials for leadership.
Collaborate across the team; share learnings and apply them broadly.
