Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Marine Operations seeks a Lead, Marine Performance to build and maintain performance dashboards that track programs, capital plans, and transformation initiatives. You’ll translate requirements into practical tools and ensure they stay current as the organization evolves.

You’ll collaborate across Capital PMO, Marine Management & Performance, and Marine Transformation to deliver scalable analytics that inform leadership cadences and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly dashboards.
• Strong communication and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain organizational performance measures across the Marine Transformation Office.
• Connect data sources and present information with clear visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Translate requirements into working solutions and manage multiple requests with minimal supervision.
• Design measures and dashboards that support decision-making and leadership reviews.
• Partner with IT and data resources to ensure scalable, current analytics tools.
