Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and installations on a variety of watercrafts in a timely and accurate manner. You will document all service work, coordinate with parts & service teams to prioritize customer concerns, and ensure boats are handled with care while following safety protocols.

Ongoing schooling and certifications will be encouraged to stay current with marine trends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as marine technician preferred.
Marine Technician certification(s) a plus; Manufacturer certification.
Current & valid driver's license.
Solid understanding of marine systems, marine tools and diagnostic equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, competent, and professional manner.
Coordinate with parts & service to prioritize customer concerns.
Accurately document all service work including parts used and labor hours.
Ensure all boats are handled with care before, during, and after service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
Attend service schools to stay certified and current with trends and tools.
Assist with special events such as boat shows.
All other duties as assigned.
