Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on a variety of boats, ensuring they remain in excellent working condition.

You will coordinate with parts and service teams, document all work, and uphold safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Ongoing education and participation in service schools are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a marine technician or similar role preferred.
• Marine Technician certification(s) is a plus. Manufacturer certification (Boat or Engine).
• Current & valid driver’s license.
• Solid understanding of marine systems, marine tools and diagnostic equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with parts and service to address customer concerns.
• Accurately document service work, parts used, labor hours and other details.
• Ensure boats are handled with care before, during, and after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Attend applicable service schools to maintain certification and stay updated on trends, tools and technologies.
• Assist with special work events such as boat shows.
• All other duties as assigned.
