Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair marine engines and onboard systems (inboard, outboard, and sterndrive)
• Use diagnostic tools and software to evaluate engine/system fault codes
• Perform routine maintenance: fluid changes, impeller replacements, lower‑unit service, battery testing, and seasonal prep/winterization
• Conduct full‑system inspections, including electrical, fuel, steering, and propulsion systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow service center procedures
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to customers
• Deliver quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
