Job summary

OneWater Marine in Peabody, MA is seeking a skilled Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on a variety of watercrafts. You will ensure boats and equipment are in excellent working condition and meet customer expectations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and marine experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; marine technician experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Certification(s) in marine technician or boat/engine are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, competent, and professional manner.
• Coordinate with parts and service to address customer concerns.
• Document service work, parts used, labor hours, and provide customers with documentation.
• Ensure boats are handled with care before, during and after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Attend service schools to stay certified and current.
• Assist with special work events, such as boat shows.
• All other duties as assigned.
