Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience as a marine technician or similar role preferred.
• Marine Technician certification(s) is a plus; manufacturer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, competent manner.
• Coordinate with parts and service to prioritize customer concerns.
• Document service work, parts used, labor hours, and provide customers with documentation.
• Handle boats with care before, during, and after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow safety protocols.
• Attend service schools to stay current with trends and tools.
