Job description

We're looking for a Marine Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand-helping customers troubleshoot issues, understand our products, and feel confident in their purchases. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention
What You'll Do
* Deliver exceptional technical support via phone and email
* Answer product-related questions (features, installation, sizing, compatibility, etc.)
* Troubleshoot issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools
* Guide customers through warranty, repair, and replacement processes
* Document customer interactions and case details in our ERP/CRM systems
* Contribute to FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
* Review manuals, technical bulletins, and marketing content for accuracy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
What You Bring
* Experience in technical support, electronics, or marine/electrical systems
* Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms
* Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication-both written and verbal
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter)
* Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, ABYC, NMEA, or FCC licensing is a plus

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
