The representative will provide exceptional service to the CrossFit community by handling inquiries and resolving customer concerns. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide concierge-style service to the CrossFit community through inquiry emails
- Resolve or escalate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
- Act as a liaison between the CrossFit Games and public participants
- Offer backend support for all CrossFit Games competitions
- Update macros and write FAQ articles to assist customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in customer service or support roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the fitness or health industry
- Familiarity with CrossFit or competitive sports
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proven ability to write clear and concise communication materials
