Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing and customer service. You will help staff the department, deliver strong customer experiences, and execute corporate merchandising plans.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory exposure. You will coordinate training, schedules, and performance inputs to support store goals and a productive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead department associates to meet sales, service and goals.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Staff, train and schedule department personnel; assist in evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and product knowledge demonstrations.
• Coordinate special events and maintain pricing and UPC integrity.
• Exercise independent judgement to resolve issues and improve processes.
