AMPORTS INC. is seeking a Marine Superintendent to lead teams, ensure safe and efficient port operations at the Baltimore Port Terminal, and coordinate vessel activities and staffing. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety discipline, and clear communication with stakeholders.
The position is part-time with Monday–Friday day shifts. Candidates should have at least 1 year in maritime operations, be able to obtain TWIC, and be prepared to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Summary/Objective
The Marine Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations, leading teams of longshoremen, mechanics, and checkers, and coordinating closely with various stakeholders to meet operational goals.
Compensation & Schedule
$35.00 per hour, with an anticipated workload of approximately 45-50 hours per month.
Essential Functions
This job operates in an active pier environment. There are many hazards that must be managed daily to maintain a safe working environment.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to drive, stand, walk; sit; climb stairs to board vessels; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift objects up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday on a day shift.

Computer Operations
Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
