Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer questions about service, warranty and parts both in person and by phone.
• Assist with unloading, inspection, and VIN verification of new units.
• Maintain accurate unit inventory and labels in IDS/IDS DMS.

Responsabilités

• Explain unit operation, break-in and maintenance procedures to customers.
• Prepare Owner’s Delivery Packet and delivery documents ahead of time.
• Assist with warranty repair authorization and related IDS work orders.
• Coordinate scheduling of work with service management and staff.
