Job summary

Milicia Marine LLC in Colorado is seeking a skilled Marine Service Technician to join our growing dealership network. You will service outboards, inboards, stern-drives, and full marine systems while assisting customers and teammates.

We offer competitive pay ($27–$50/hour), Yamaha factory training, a 4-day work week with 3-day weekends, and benefits after 90 days. Travel for training or service is expected, and a positive, team‑oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions (must be insurable under company policy).
• Strong communication skills to work with customers, team members, and vendors.
• Solid time management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel for training or service needs.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable working in boats and confined spaces (bilges, tight compartments, ladders, etc.).
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in warm/challenging environments.

Milicia Marine LLC is a growing G3 Boats, SunCatcher Pontoons, and Yamaha Outboard dealership. We service outboards, inboards, stern-drives, and full marine systems, along with selling and installing a wide range of marine accessories.

As our company continues to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Service Technician to join our team and grow with us.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel for training or service needs
