The Service Manager oversees the service department for Southeast Marine Services under Brunswick Corporation in the United States. You will manage fleet boat maintenance, refurbishment, and lifecycle services, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction as vessels move from service to sale.

Strong leadership and a background in marine service operations are required, along with solid MS Office skills and a commitment to developing high‑performing teams. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum of two years management experience in a similar industry.
• Ability to multi-task and manage human and physical resources.
• Ability to monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises all department personnel.
• Oversees refurbishment and readiness of fleet boats for sale.
• Provides leadership for technicians supporting regional maintenance operations.
• Monitors and ensures timely completion of all service jobs.
• Maintains a positive rapport with department staff.
• Upholds positive customer relations and handles inquiries.
• Maintains safe working environment per regulations and policies.
• Manages labor and resources to promote profitability.
• Ensures parts, tools, and equipment are available.
• Communicates effectively with customers and interdepartmentally.
• May perform duties of Service Writer, Technician, or related roles.
