Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Engineer for the White River Marine Group in the United States. You will work with internal design and engineering teams to develop processes, procedures and documentation for diagnosing and servicing products.

You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Design, and Warranty to create repair procedures, train dealers, and improve service efficiency while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 3–5 years exempt level experience in an engineering or mechanical service role.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Design to ensure serviceability and reduce warranty costs.
• Develop repair procedures and provide service training and materials for dealers.
• Lead repair time studies to define diagnostics and labor times.
• Assist Warranty and Compliance with repair procedures and recalls.
• Provide technical support on complex repairs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• All other duties as assigned.
