Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Specialist to support the Service Department with unit inventory, pre-delivery inspections, and delivery orientation. You will assist customers with service or warranty needs for boats, motors, trailers, or ATVs/UTVs and help with parts sales as needed.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate VIN verification, and clear communication with the Service Manager and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner with customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Service Department operations including unit inventory procedures, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and delivery orientation.
• Assist Receiving with unloading, inspection and VIN verification of new units.
• Maintain unit inventory status in IDS and assist with physical inventories.
