Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine appropriate team members to assist them.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and return calls by close of business.
• Use reporting tools to identify and contact MarineMax customers.
• Assist with departmental expenses and P-Card submissions.
• Process and track purchase orders.
• Maintain daily contact and communication logs with Service Manager and Advisors.
• Conduct outreach to potential service customers via calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments for service drop-offs and mobile service.
