Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing service, scheduling, or admin support.
• Marine or dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for service requests, estimates, and scheduling.
• Communicate professionally with customers about boat service needs, timelines, and updates.
• Assist with writing and organizing work orders, documenting service details and requests.
• Coordinate with technicians to clarify work assignments and timely updates.
• Follow up with customers to communicate service status, parts delays, or timeline changes.
• Help manage the department's daily calendar, technician availability, and scheduling needs.
• Maintain accurate service records and update system logs and storage accounts as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to identify completed jobs ready for invoicing.
