Job summary

Trimble Applanix is seeking a Sales Manager for Marine Products to drive revenue in EMEA and APAC, coordinating indirect channel partnerships and providing direct support for strategic accounts. Location can be UK-based or remote, with at least 25% travel to regional markets.

You will work with global leadership to ensure regional execution aligns with Trimble Applanix strategy, represent the brand at industry events, and lead tender processes with high-touch engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales success within hydrographic survey or marine instrumentation.
• Strong track record establishing, scaling, and managing indirect channel partners.
• Background in Surveying or Geomatics (hydrographic surveying preferred).
• Experience managing government sales and complex tender/contract processes.
• CRM tools expertise, preferably Salesforce (5+ years).
• Ability to localize global sales strategy to regional needs across EMEA/APAC.
• Deep familiarity with marine positioning, orientation, and sonar survey tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth for Applanix Marine products, warranties, and services across EMEA and APAC.
• Strategic channel management, onboarding, and supporting high-performing indirect partners.
• Execute high-touch sales cycles for key end-user accounts and manage tenders.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional execution with corporate strategy.
• Represent the Trimble Applanix brand at major industry events, expanding marine markets.
