The role focuses on indirect channel management while supporting direct end-user sales as needed to ensure territory success, aligned with the US-based Business Manager.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hydrographic/marine sales, a background in Surveying or Geomatics, and proven government tender experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales in hydrographic survey or marine instrumentation.
• Proven track record of scaling and managing 3rd-party indirect channel partners.
• Background in Surveying or Geomatics; hydrographic surveying preferred.
• Experience in government sales and tender/contract processes.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce (5+ years).

Responsabilités

• Drive regional revenue growth for Applanix Marine across EMEA and APAC.
• Strategic channel management, onboarding high-performing indirect partners.
• Lead end-user sales cycles and manage complex tender processes.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional execution with corporate strategy.
