Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Project Manager for the Marine division at Bentleyville, PA. You will lead from contract award to final acceptance, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver equipment and rebuilds on time.

Responsibilities include planning and strategy, cost and resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder reporting, and ensuring quality documentation. A Associate Degree in engineering and 3+ years PM experience are preferred; SAP and Salesforce experience are helpful.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• Associate Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• PMI/PMP certification or similar is desirable.
• Ability to read and understand technical specs, drawings and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Strategy Development: support sales on new project requests, align schedules and review contracts prior to award.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: guide cross-functional team through project execution from award to final acceptance.
• Budget and Resource Management: monitor project costs and verify margins.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: identify risks and implement contingency and corrective actions.
