• Experience with MSC ships, USCG cutters or US Army watercraft using specs/drawings; HM&E exp preferred.

• Prepare estimates, proposals and planning documents in support of proposals.
• Support NAVSEA-related ship repair estimation and planning in a dynamic environment.
