Job summary

SR Trident, Inc. in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Pile Driver for full-time, on-site work supporting marine and industrial construction projects along the Gulf Coast.

The role requires operating pile driving equipment, setting up and inspecting gear, aligning piles, and assisting with rigging and material handling, while upholding safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. CDL preferred; outdoor work in varying weather conditions expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate and work around trucks and heavy equipment; experience with Truck Driving is beneficial.
• Valid CDL Class A license or the ability to obtain one is preferred for transporting equipment and materials.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with crew members, supervisors, and other onsite personnel.
• Customer Service mindset to represent SR Trident professionally with clients and partners.
• Prior experience in pile driving, marine construction, or industrial construction strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic rigging practices, hand and power tools, and construction site safety standards.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certifications in construction or equipment operation are a plus.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial environment.
