Job summary

Comptech Engineering LLC is seeking a highly organized Marine Service Coordinator to manage our HVAC and refrigeration service operations on marine vessels. You will be the essential link between clients, technicians, and operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Location: On site Sunrise, FL & Hybrid.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service coordination/dispatch role within marine HVAC/refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of marine air conditioning and refrigeration principles.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal) preferred for refrigerant handling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for refrigeration and HVAC service requests, providing timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs on marine cooling systems.
• Create, track, and close work orders with accurate documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving, and management of parts and equipment for jobs.
• Ensure service work adheres to safety regulations and maritime standards, maintain ISO documentation.
• Assist with estimates, quotes, and final invoices, and manage billing processes.
• Communicate job scopes and basic troubleshooting information between customers and technical teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to customers and work sites.
