Job summary

Jobot, a specialized engineering firm, designs and delivers advanced HVAC and refrigeration systems for defense and commercial marine applications.

As part of the Mobile team, you will design layouts, run calculations, select equipment, and prepare documentation for complex marine projects, working with PMs, clients, and installation crews through design, commissioning, testing and closeout.

Qualifications

• BS in a related field.
• 3+ years of mechanical HVAC/R engineering experience.
• Experience in the design of HVAC systems for military or naval facilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of complex marine HVAC and refrigeration projects by developing system layouts, performing engineering calculations, selecting equipment, and preparing technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and installation teams through design, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and project closeout, while providing technical expertise on shipboard HVAC systems and controls.
