Beard Marine Group is seeking experienced MARINE HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to join our service team serving high-end yachts across South Florida. This role offers dockside work, challenging troubleshooting, and a path with an industry leader in marine air systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC School completion required.
• Minimum 2 years HVAC/R troubleshooting and repair experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Must pass background screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Perform dockside service work on luxury yachts and vessels.
• Work with chillers, self-contained systems, refrigeration equipment, and watermakers.

NOW HIRING – Experienced MARINE HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians

Beard Marine Group is looking for experienced HVAC/R Technicians to join our growing marine service team working on world-class yachts throughout South Florida.

If you have strong troubleshooting skills and want a career that’s different from traditional commercial HVAC work, this is an opportunity to work dockside on high-end vessels with a company that has been an industry leader for decades.

Marine experience is a plus — but strong HVAC/R experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Perform dockside service work on luxury yachts and vessels
• Work with chillers, self-contained systems, refrigeration equipment, and watermakers
• Complete service documentation and communicate professionally with customers
• Operate independently using a company-provided service vehicle

Requirements:

• EPA Certification required
