Qualifikationen

• Three years of experience or training as a mechanic.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoots and repairs major and non-typical problems on diesel engines, pumps and other marine equipment to keep ferries in service.
• Directs and oversees rebuilding and repair of marine equipment in the repair shop.
• Develops parts, tools and supply lists to repair marine equipment and maintain spare parts.
• Provides technical support and training to marine operations staff and marine trades helpers.
